We want you to love your Rocket Jet. If you're not completely satisfied, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at rocketjetsupport@proton.me with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rocketjetsupport@proton.me and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Warranty

Every Rocket Jet includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
